    02 Lawful and responsible use

    You may use the Service only for legitimate business purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws, and in line with these rules and the Terms of Service.     • break the law, or facilitate or encourage any unlawful activity;
    • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights of any person;

    05 Responsible use of AI and Digital Employees

    Because a Digital Employee is an AI system, some uses carry particular responsibility. You must not use the Service to:

    • carry out any practice prohibited by the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, including manipulative or exploitative techniques, social scoring, or prohibited uses of biometric data;
    • generate or spread disinformation, or impersonate a real person or organisation;
    • make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate safeguards and meaningful human review;
    • present a Digital Employee's output as if it came from a human where the law or fairness requires that the use of AI be disclosed; or
    • remove, disable or undermine the human oversight that the Service is designed to operate with.

    You are responsible for reviewing Digital Employee outputs before relying on them, and for maintaining the human oversight described in the Terms of Service and our AI Transparency and Governance statement.

    06 System integrity and security

    You must not:

    • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, or our systems or networks;
    • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written permission;
    • interfere with or disrupt the Service, for example through denial-of-service activity or by placing disproportionate load on it;
    • scrape or harvest data from the Service except as we expressly permit; or
    • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of the Service, except to the extent the law does not allow this to be restricted.

    07 Third-party services and integrations

    The Service can connect to third-party systems and accounts that you choose to integrate. You must only connect accounts and data that you are authorised to connect, comply with the terms of those third-party services, and ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for a Digital Employee to access and process the connected data. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

    08 Monitoring and enforcement

    We do not routinely monitor the content you process, but we may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP and take action to protect the Service, our other customers and third parties. Depending on the seriousness of the breach, we may warn you, remove or disable access to offending content, suspend or limit the Service, or terminate the Agreement, as set out in the Terms of Service. Where the law requires, or where there is a risk of serious harm, we may report activity to the relevant authorities. We will act proportionately and, where practical, give you notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
