01 What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit it. Cookies let a site recognise your device, remember your actions and preferences, and work as intended. They are widely used to make websites function, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site's owners.
In this Policy we use the word "cookies" to cover cookies and other similar technologies that store or read information on your device, including pixels and web beacons, local storage, and software development kits (SDKs). Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by a third party whose service we use, such as an analytics provider (third-party cookies). They may last only for your visit (session cookies) or remain until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).

We use strictly necessary cookies, which the site cannot work without, and marketing cookies, which we set only if you accept them. We do not use functional or analytics cookies on outcome1.ai.
1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function. On our site they keep your session connected to the right server so pages load reliably. Because the site cannot operate properly without them, they cannot be switched off, and under the GDPR and Law no. 506/2004 they do not require your consent.
2 Functional and analytics
We do not use cookies in these categories, and we run no analytics or social-media tracking on the website.
3 Marketing
We use Google Ads cookies to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry. They are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, never if you decline or close the banner without choosing, and they are listed in the table below.

The strictly necessary cookies are first-party and session-only, so they do not require consent. The marketing cookies are set only if you accept them: until you do, and permanently if you decline, they are not set. We do not use analytics or social-media cookies on outcome1.ai.
↑ Back to top04 Your consent, and how to change it
Our strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent under the GDPR and Law no. 506/2004. Our marketing cookies are not: we set them only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Declining switches them off, and closing the banner without choosing leaves them off. The strictly necessary cookies are set automatically because the site needs them to work, and they last only for your browsing session.
Marketing is our only non-essential cookie category, so the banner offers a single, equal choice: accept sets those cookies and decline does not, with declining exactly as easy as accepting. If we ever add a further category, such as analytics, we will let you choose by category and will ask again before setting anything new. We use Google Consent Mode, so advertising storage starts in a denied state on every visit and is enabled only when you accept. To withdraw consent after accepting, clear this site’s cookies and stored data in your browser, as described in the next section; the banner will then ask again on your next visit.

Besides our cookie banner, you can control cookies through your browser. Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, delete them, and block some or all of them. The help pages below explain how:
You can also limit specific analytics or advertising cookies using tools the providers offer, such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. On mobile devices, your operating system settings let you reset or limit advertising identifiers.
Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work properly.

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to it, so our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We rely instead on the clear choice you make through our cookie banner. If a recognised browser-level preference signal becomes a legal standard, we will update our approach accordingly.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we start or stop using particular cookies, or to reflect changes in the law. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date at the top. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent again before setting any new non-essential cookies.
